State and local health officials are revealing new details about the investigation into reported illnesses linked to the Tanganyika Wildlife splash park.

The agencies announced yesterday that three cases connected to the park have tested positive for Shigella bacteria.

Additional testing is underway to see if the bacteria from each person is related.
