Police are investigating the theft of a motorized chair off a front porch in the 700 block of North 4th. Someone took the scooter which is valued at $2,200 sometime between 4pm and 9pm on Sunday.

The hood and trunk on a 2004 Chevy Malibu that was parked at Casey’s, 1100 E. Iron was damaged by a vandal sometime between 3am and 4am Sunday. Scratches to the paint caused an estimated $500 in damage.

Someone entered an unlocked 2006 Toyota Tacoma that was parked in a driveway in the 500 block of Regent and stole a handgun and cigars. Police say a Sig P250C 9mm handgun was taken as well as 3 high-end cigars and cigar cutter. Total loss is listed at $510. The property was stolen sometime between 6pm and 11:15pm on Sunday evening.
