A rural Saline County man returns home to find tires and rims missing from his garage.
According to Sheriff Glen Kochanowski, Adam Branstetter returned to his house in the 5000 block of N. Leisure Road to discover someone had entered the locked garage and removed four Typhoon brand silver, aluminum rims plus a pair of tires. The rims are valued at $2,500.
The theft occurred sometime between late May and June 27th.
Deputies say there was no sign of forced entry.
Total loss is listed at $5,000.
