A 26-foot U-Haul truck is reported stolen. Salina Police are investigating the theft of a moving truck that has not been seen since March 13th. A recent fleet inventory revealed the truck was checked out at the City Wide Storage Center, 440 N. Ohio, in March and was to be returned to a center in Arkansas on April 4th. The moving truck in valued at $40,000.

Salina Police arrested two teens for vehicle burglaries committed in the early morning hours on Saturday. Officers responded to the 100 block of Claflin around 2am after a concerned citizen saw two males looking into cars. Police located a 15-year-old male and 14-year-old male in a Kansas Wesleyan parking lot and items and money found led police to charge the two in 8 vehicle burglaries around the area. They were both placed in Juvenile Detention.
