A Minneapolis, Kansas man’s pistol is stolen from a Salina apartment. Brandon Harder, 27, contacted police after someone removed a 9mm Magnum Research US “Baby Eagle” handgun from an apartment at 1515 E. Iron. Police say the gun was taken sometime between April 11th at noon and 7pm on April 15th.
Police arrest an eighteen year old male for vandalizing a Salina business. An officer on patrol spoke with Nicholas Goldsmith of Salina in the 600 block of S. Santa Fe just before 2am Wednesday morning – after seeing that a brick wall behind Hearing Health Care, 234 S. Santa Fe that had been spray painted with the name “Kiljoi.” Police Captain Mike Sweeney says the officer noticed black spray paint on Goldsmith’s fingers and dots of red paint on his clothes. Damage is estimated at $100.
