Salina residents will have yet another new place to eat to experience.

The newest addition to the Salina food scene: Pepperjax Grill, a chain restaurant firing up classic Philly Cheese Steaks and other savory meat sandwiches and salads; and this chain has been doing so for over 15 years.

Pepperjax Grill is located in south Salina at 3015 S. 9th St.

The restaurant specializes in the way they make their food; on a grill, right in front of the hungry customer.

Erin Palladino, VP of Ops Services, says that the Salina location is the 10th restaurant of the chain to open in Kansas and they are excited to make their debut in central Kansas.

 

Not only is the restaurant new, but Pepperjax Grill debuted their new logo and updated interior decor to the Salina location.

Meg Prejzner, Pepperjax Grill Communications Manager, says that the Salina location will even debut a new dish.

 

Today is Pepperjax Grill’s VIP event in Salina, where several guests from around the area were invited to checkout the city’s newest restaurant.

While guests had their first look at the food Pepperjax Grill had to offer today, they also made donations that all went to the Military Affairs Council as a part of the VIP Event.

Palladino says that this is something Pepperjax Grill will like to continue in their newest community.

 

All this, as Pepperjax Grill readies itself for its opening to the public tomorrow, June 7.

Although tomorrow is public opening of the restaurant, the community is invited back to the official Grand Opening on Tuesday, June 20, where Pepperjax will have specials, prizes and other giveaways.
