One Hurt In Crash West Of Salina

One person is hurt in a two vehicle crash on Interstae 70 west of Salina late Sunday afternoon.

According to the Kansas Highway Patol, two cars were both headed east when one of them collided with the back of the other. One car came to rest in then ditch, the other in the median.

One person, a passenger in the car that was rear ended, was hurt. 89-year-old Preston Anderson from Plainville was transported by EMS to Salina Regional Health Center.

Troopwrs say that everyone involved in the crash was buckled up,

The crash happened at 4:25 Sunday afternoon 11 miles west of Salina on Interstate 70.
