Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary at an apartment in the 2100 block of E. Crawford. Police say sometime between 2:30pm and 3:30pm Wednesday, someone  entered the home while the residents were outside. Police say two cell phones and a laptop were stolen. Total loss is listed at $489.
