Mail Opened, Left Behind

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan is urging rural residents to be aware of someone who may be going through mailboxes.

Sheriff Soldan tells KSAL News that a homeowner in the northwest portion of the county near Shipton and Brookville Roads told deputies that someone opened up their mailbox, opened the letters and packages inside – then put the parcels back in the postal box.
