A Salina man is arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Police were contacted after a man opened his door and allegedly exposed himself to 2 women in an apartment parking lot at 1800 S. Broadway, Sunday morning just before 11am.

Police arrested 33-year-old Semaj Matthews of Salina on charges that could include lewd and lascivious behavior.
