KSAL StaffFebruary 25, 2014

A 63-year-old Kansas man with a history of sex crimes against children has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for his latest conviction.

The Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office announced Monday that Kenneth Boysaw was found guilty of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. He was accused of fondling a 6-year-old girl in a Wichita home last April.

Boysaw was previously convicted of attempted indecent liberties with a child in November 1979 in Topeka. He was later convicted of sexual assault of a child in February 1987 in Lincoln, Neb.
