Garage Burglarized

Numerous items were reported stolen yesterday to Salina Police after the owner of a farmstead garage finds her property forcefully entered.

Sometime between December 25, 2013 and March 31, 2014 the property on E. Gray Rd. in Northeast Saline County owned by Fern Darnell, 66, of Salina was broken into. The suspect entered into the building by cutting a padlock on the door.

Multiple possessions were stolen including a Craftsman tool chest, two air powered grinders and a wooden musical organ. Total loss is estimated at $1075.
