Police are investigating a burglary at a Salina business that specializes in vinyl record sales.

Police say prior to 6:00 AM on Monday an employee arrived at Acoustic Sounds, 225 E. North Street, and discovered a door to the business had been forced open

The suspect stole a Craftsman toolbox containing miscellaneous tools, a Zebra handheld scanner, cigarettes, and fireworks. Total loss was valued at around $1,500.

The burglary is believed to have occurred between Friday and Monday.
