Saline County authorities are investigating the theft of materials from a construction site.

Undersheriff Brent Melander tells KSAL News that sometime between August 11th and 15th, someone loaded up 18 boxes of screws, a door with windows and 140 sheet metal panels that were stored outside on a property in the 3500 block of E. Magnolia Road.

Loss is listed at $1,085.
