Bitter Cold Will Give Way To Slight Warm Up

After bitter cold on Monday, a bit of a warmup is expected for Tuesday.

According to the National Weather Service, warmer temperatures are on the way for Tuesday. After a very cold start in the single digits Tuesday morning, temperatures on Tuesday afternoon may climb almost 30 to 35 degrees with southwest winds returning to plains.

After a high in the mid 30s Tuesday, high temperatures for the rest of the will will be in the upper 20s and lower 30s. By the weekend, temperatures may reach the lower 40s.
