ATV Stolen from Business

Thieves hit a Salina business, damaging multiple vehicles and stealing another off the lot.

According to Police Captain Mike Sweeney, burglars cut a chain link fence at Salina Power Sports, 632 S. Broadway, then proceeded to wreck the ignition switches on four ATV’s, causing $1,000 in damages.

Police say sometime between Wednesday at 7:30pm and 8:45am Thursday morning, someone also stole a black, 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 ATV valued at $4,000.

Damage to the fence is listed at $500.
