A Salina man is arrested months after a crash that killed an elderly person.
Police arrested 50-year-old Dennis D. Campbell, 220 S. 7th Street, on Thursday in connection to an accident that occurred on September 9th, 2013.
The crash happened in the 2100 block of Tulane and sent 93-year-old Eugene Olson to ICU at Salina Regional Health Center.
Days later, Olson, who was struck from behind by a car while riding a 4-wheel electric scooter died.
Campbell is now facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
