Brenda is a modified English teacher at Central High School. She has been teaching for eight years, with three of them being at Central High. Brenda was inspired to become a teacher by her family. Almost everyone in her family has had a career in education. Her favorite parts of teaching are helping students build the confidence they need to become stronger writers and watching them grow into more confident and responsible human beings. Some fun facts about Brenda are that she worked in radio before becoming a teacher, and she can play the flute.
