A free patriotic concert is planned in Salina Monday.
According to the Salina Military Affairs Council, the United States Air Force Academy Concert band will be performing a free concert at the Stiefel Theatre. The concert will include programming from classical repertoire, current popular music to patriotic favorites.
The concert in Salina is one stop apart of a 9 day tour across Kansas engaging in local high schools and performance halls.
Representing the Air Force over the last 60 years, the USAF Academy Band has made numerous appearances throughout Kansas and carries an international reputation for musical excellence.

The concert is Monday night at 7:00 at the Stiefel Theatre. Doors open for ticket holders at 6:00 PM and 6:45 for the general public.
