Accusations and an argument leads to a damaged vehicle.

Salina Police issued a Notice to Appear citation to 32-year-old Justin Zimmerman of Salina after he allegedly hit a car with a brick.

Officers were called to the 2000 block of Queens Road on Thursday evening at 8:20pm, after Zimmerman confronted a neighbor who was driving by.

Police say 18-year-old Landon Smutz was driving in his 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix, when Zimmerman approached the car and accused Smutz of harassing him by ringing his door bell and running off.

Zimmerman then allegedly hit the car with a brick. When Smutz drove back around, he threw the brick again.

Damage to the vehicle is estimated at $900.
