A ninth person is under arrest in connection with a possible human trafficking sting in Park City.

A multi-agency investigation carried out at a Park City hotel led to the arrests, and all suspects allegedly tried to buy sexual relations.

Six women were involved in the case and have been identified as potential victims of human trafficking. Diego Rubio Mancha, who is a Sedgwick County detention deputy, is among the suspects.
