Kansas Governor Laura Kelly is reacting to President Trump’s call for states to undo SNAP payments for November.

Kelly says Kansas is under no legal obligation to take back any of the SNAP money that people received last week.

The governor noted that Kansas residents should use their November SNAP benefits as usual.
