Kansas Governor Laura Kelly is suing Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach.

Kelly filed the lawsuit on Friday, claiming Kobach has failed to defend Kansans against what she calls the Trump Administration’s unlawful federal overreach.

Governor Kelly alleges Kobach is intruding on her powers as governor, and she wants the Kansas Supreme Court to order him to stop interfering.
