4×4 ATVs Stolen from NRCS

Thieves cut the locks on two trailer hitches and steal over $18,000 worth of ATVs and accessories from a U.S. Government office.

Salina Police are investigating the theft of two ATVs, two horse trailers and outdoor accessories from the Natural Resource Conservation Service located at 760 S. Broadway sometime between February 24th and February 27th.

Police are looking for a green, 2003 Suzuki 4×4 ATV, a camouflage, 2011 Kawasaki 4×4 ATV along with the two, white 6-foot by 10-foot horse trailers they were kept in.

Helmets and other accessories were also taken.

Staff told officers the ATVs were stored inside the trailers and hitched to trucks on the southwest corner of the lot at NRCS.

Total loss and damage is listed at $18,995.
