State elections officials are releasing an updated tally of state voting ahead of the August 2nd primary election.

In yesterday’s noon update, authorities noted that around 73 thousand registered Republicans had cast their ballots early compared to slightly more than 67 thousand registered Democrats.

Another 772 ID’d themselves at Libertarian. Twenty-two thousand, five hundred ballots reportedly were cast by unregistered voters.
