UPDATE: Suspect Identified in Aggieville Gun Incident

The suspect in the firearm discharge in Aggieville has been identified and located. The investigation into possible charges continues. Thank you to everyone for your help!

Riley County police are investigating after shots were fired in Manhattan.

Someone allegedly fired a gun about 1:00 morning Sunday near 11th and Moro streets in Aggieville. Police have video from the scene of the incident.

Officers filed a report for criminal discharge of a firearm and disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on December 17, 2017 at approximately 1:15 AM. They would like to speak to the male highlighted in the video seen punching another person. He is described as a black male, medium build.

You can see in the video, several people pull out their cell phones and begin recording. No injuries have been reported from the incident.
