Power Tools Recovered

Salina Police are requesting a warrant for two male suspects in connection to a number of power tools that were stolen from Lowe’s Home Improvement, 3035 S. 9th earlier this month.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, 4 chain saws, 2 power generators and a 5-gallon bucket of paint were recovered after the Kansas Highway Patrol stopped the two outside of Saline County.

The unidentified suspects were able to leave the store with over $2,452 worth of merchandise before being caught by KHP a short time later on October 18th.
