Denise (Teare) Russell, 58, of Chapman, KS, passed away January 8, 2026. She was born July 5, 1967, in Wichita, KS, to Patty and Eldon Demuth.

On November 16, 2011, she married Scott Russell.

In her free time, Denise enjoyed exploring new places and traveling, with a special fondness for trips to Cripple Creek, Colorado. She loved discovering new restaurants, visiting casinos, dancing, and listening to country music. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family, her grandchildren, her close friends, and her beloved dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Patty and Eldon Demuth.

She is survived by her husband, Scott Russell; sons, Mitchell Vaughn and Myles Vaughn; brothers, Sam Eslich and Gary Demuth; and six grandchildren.
