Members of the Jones family are on the road to recovery after they were hit by a car last week.

Hunter Jones said his mother and sister are doing much better following the crash on July Fifth that killed his father.

Trey, Amy, and Ava Jones of Nickerson were in Louisville, Kentucky when an allegedly impaired driver struck them with his vehicle.

Hunter says Ava, a high school basketball star, will be able to play again.
