Murder Case Arrest; Missing Baby Presumed Dead

Authorities in eastern Kansas say they have arrested a 27-year-old man in the deaths of three people at a rural farm home.

Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards says the 18-month-old daughter of Kaylie Bailey, one of the three found dead at the farm in Ottawa earlier this week, is also “presumed dead.”

Richards said Thursday that Kyle Flack of Ottawa is being held on a first-degree murder charge.

The victims are 21-year-old Bailey of Olathe, 30-year-old Andrew Stout and 31-year-old Steven White. Both men came from Ottawa. Richards didn’t say how the victims were killed.

Bailey’s young daughter, Lana Leigh Bailey, was reported missing with her mother last week.
