The Drug Task Force makes four arrests and is expecting to make more after a controlled meth buy.

According to Task Force Commander Lt. Bill Cox, a confidential informant made a controlled purchase of methamphetamine inside a room at the Salina Howard Johnson, 222 E. Diamond Drive on Thursday.

Agents then used a search warrant and arrested 36-year-old Michelle Miller and 32-year-old Ronald Briscoe.

The investigation also led to two more arrests as officers used warrants at 917 N. 13th and at an apartment on S. 11th. Police took 34-year-old Preston Briscoe and Darlene Glass, 45 into custody.

Small amounts of meth and drug paraphernalia were seized from each location as evidence.
