KDOC to Suspend In-Person Visitation

MetrosourceJanuary 10, 2022

The Kansas Department of Corrections is suspending in-person visitation.

Officials say in-person visitation will be suspended at all juvenile and adult correctional facilities starting on January 14th.

The decision was made due to staffing issues related to COVID-19. Corrections officials have not said how long in-person visitation will be suspended.
