Kansas Governor-elect Laura Kelly and Lieutenant Governor-elect Lynn Rogers are planning a day of service and community celebrations across the state.

Saturday’s activities are part of Kelly’s inaugural festivities. Rogers will attend food bank events at Wichita’s Advanced Learning Library and Cargill Cares Complex.

Kelly will attend a similar event in Topeka.
