A portion of a Kansas highway was closed Sunday afternoon after a camper caught on fire.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a camper caught fire and became engulfed in flames. Propane tanks on the camper exploded during the incident.
The trailer suffered extensive damage.
A portion of U.S. Highway 54 in Meade County was closed while first responders from the KHP and Meade County worked the scene.
There were no injuries.
