Board of Regents Approves Tuition Increases

Tuition is about to increase at Kansas’ six public universities.

The Kansas Board of Regents voted yesterday to approve the tuition increases.

Under the plan, KU, K-State, Emporia State and Pittsburg State will each see five-percent tuition hikes this fall.

Wichita State will see a five-point-nine-percent increase, and tuition at Fort Hays State will rise by seven percent.
