Terry Ross Jones, 80, died Friday July 31, 2026, in Lindsborg Kansas at Bethany Village.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, he worked and retired from Bayer Corporation. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Salina, Kansas. He served as both a deacon and elder in the First Presbytery Church. He supported the Salvation Army and Stephen Ministries. He believed in helping those in need and traditional family values.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hugh L. Jones; Evalyn Jones; his brother Hugh L. Jones III and his wife Carolyn.

Surviving family includes his wife Connie Jones, daughter Christina Jones, niece Suzanne Triplett, and nephew Robb Jones.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2026, at Ryan Mortuary and Crematory, 137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401. A meal to follow will be served at the First United Methodist Church, 122 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401.
