Cecil Cooper Jr., 66, of Salina, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026.  He was born in Lincoln, Kansas to Cecil and Joyce Cooper.

Cecil proudly served with multiple deployments in the Kansas National Guard, retiring after 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife June Cooper in 2019.  Cecil is survived by his son, Cedric Cooper of Salina.

Funeral services will be private.
