Loretta Griffith, 88, Delphos, died Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the Sunset Home in Concordia. She was born in Saline County on September 26, 1937, to Elmer Guy and Verna (Keller) Austin.

Loretta and Richard Griffith were married on June 15, 1958, in Salina. Culver was home for many years until moving to Delphos in 2011. They were married 54 years at the time of his death on January 18, 2013. She worked in retail in the Sporting Goods section at Gibson’s for many years.

Besides Richard, she was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ralph Austin; and her son, Rick Griffith.

Survivors are her children, James and wife, Sherry, George and wife, Denese, and Glennis Hughes and husband, Neil; daughter-in-law, Sandy Griffith; brother, Darrell Austin; sisters, Wanetta Williams and Ila Kay Webster; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday, April 13, at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 14, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Culver Union Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice and be left in care of the funeral home.
