Steven Scott Wolf

Steven Scott Wolf, 67, Bennington, KS was born on May 20, 1958. He passed away on March 11, 2026, surrounded by his family, to go be with his Lord.
Steve received his education from Bennington High School. After high school, he held various jobs throughout his life. He loved to work with excellence and did so until he had to retire due to debilitating pain caused by an illness. Steve’s greatest passion was demolition work. After working many years in demolition, following an injury in Houston, he transitioned into being a truck driver and he and Amie spent their leisure time raising many animals such as emus, pot-bellied pigs and chickens to name a few. Some of Steve’s closest friendships were formed during his years of employment. Steve loved deer and pheasant hunting. He was also quite the marksman. He was a helper to many and generous with his time while being a man of his word and a straight shooter. He was genuine and loved his family dearly.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents James and Emma Jean (Lipe) Wolf; a sister Carla Jones; mother-in-law Lavetia (Proctor) Harden; and former wife, Amie, along with their grandson Tristen.
Survivors are his daughters Sarah and Nikki Wolf and granddaughters Rachel, Adali (Charlie) and Baylie. A sister Jamie (Kraig) Smith; brother, Tim (Dawn) Wolf; his Aunt Alice; father-in-law, Butch; brother-in-law Fred; and bonus daughter, Fanci and many nieces and nephews.
