Bradley Wayne Davis, born in 1964, passed away in 2026. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose love for his family was evident in all he did.
Bradley was the beloved son of Marilyn Guerholtz and Franklin William Davis, both of whom preceded him in death.
Brad was a dedicated worker for over thirty years, known for his strong work ethic and commitment as a welder at Great Plains.
Brad enjoyed listening to country music, playing golf, cheering on the Wildcats, but everyone knows that his true passion was horses. Whether it be training horses, giving the grandkids pony rides, or spending weekends at the racetracks with his family. His favorite spot at the track was in the winner’s circle.
Brad also had a sweet tooth and loved home cooked meals by his wife Jamie.
He is survived by his wife, Jamie Davis; his brothers, Rod Davis (Cynthia) and Luke Davis; and his sister, Megan Davis; his children, Cody W. Davis (Jonie), Savanna R. Davis, Madison K. Davis, April Shirland (Matt), Amanda McKee (Devin), Jeremy Shirland, and Jordan Shirland.
He was a proud grandfather to Michela, Brooke, Caleb, Dylan, Elliona, Brady, Aubrey, and Emberly, and a cherished great-grandfather to Ayden and expecting a great granddaughter, Brelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved spending time with him.
Brad will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his employer, and the lasting impact he made on the lives of those who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
A special Thank you to Brad’s nurse Yvonne from Gentiva Hospice.
The family suggests memorials be sent to the Davis family Gray County 4H memorial.
