It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Lee Fox Sr., a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, who departed this life on July 16, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. David is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Alice (Flax), two sons, Kevin (Connie) and David (Jennifer) and three daughters, Karla Weimer (Martin), Karen Knoll, and Erica Schulz, along with 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. His impact extended beyond family, touching the lives of many in his 38 years working with the Union Pacific Railroad and 20 years with the City of Salina.
A memorial mass will be held on July 21 at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Salina, Kansas, with burial to follow on July 22 at St. Aloysius Cemetery in Ransom, Kansas. Lunch to follow both services.
