Indictments In Fort Riley Murder

Indictments have been handed down in the kidnapping and killing of a woman at Fort Riley.

26-year-old Larry Anderson of Manhattan, 23-year-old Marryssa Middleton of Colorado and 24-year-old Drexel Woody of Fort Riley have each been charged with kidnapping resulting in death.

Prosecutors say that the victim, 24-year-old Amanda Clemons, was forced into a car outside of a Junction City motel on February 7th, 2014 and her body was found in rural Geary County five days later. Clemons died from a sharp force injury and the suspects each face life in prison without a chance for parole if convicted.
