A gun is pointed at a man’s face before a fight breaks out on a front porch.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, officers were called to 917 N. 13th, #29 on Sunday night in reference to a fight.

Police arrested 35-year-old Sean Gjertson of Mariposa, California just after 10pm after he allegedly pointed a small .22 handgun at 39-year-old Sedrick Buchanan.

Police say Gjertson had knocked on Buchanan’s door and demanded a clothes washing machine from inside the home.

The man slammed the door – provoking Gjertson to kick the door open and point the gun at Buchanan. A fight ensued.

Officers found Gjertson on the ground with a cut on his forehead.

He’s now facing aggravated assault charges.
