A suspected thief is caught on video.

According to Salina Police, on December 13th a credit card was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked at the Casey’s convenience store at 2404 S. 9th.  The credit card was later used at a Kwik Shop in Wichita by a white male wearing a black colored shirt.
