An incident in which a Wichita man is tased by a Salina Police Officer is caught on video.

According to Salina Police, an officer on patrol made a traffic stop on Friday night at the corner of 9th and Kirwin just before 11pm. Upon further investigation, the officer learned that the driver, 30-year-old Zachary Noel of Wichita was driving on a suspended license.

Police say Noel was tased after he would not follow commands to turn off his vehicle and exit from behind the wheel.

Noel is now facing charges that include driving while suspended and interference with law enforcement.

The incident was captured on video by a cell phone in the vehicle.
