Police say no one has been injured after six train cars derailed near the Hutchinson Municipal Airport.

The accident happened about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night on private property in Reno County. They say no hazardous materials were involved and that no roads were closed.

It’s unclear what caused the BNSF Railway cars to derail.

The railway didn’t immediately return a request for comment  on Wednesday night.
