One theft in Salina leads to an arrest, and another still remains unsolved.

Lowe’s on South 9th Street reported a theft on October 22 when a man, now identified as 38-year-old Charles Rowsen, picked up a Dyson vaccuum cleaner and returned it to the return center. He was issued a gift card of $540.92, and was apprehended yesterday for misdemeanor theft.

BFR Metals reported yesterday that on October 29, an impact driver valued at $500 was stolen from their business. There are no suspects and the case remains open for investigation.
