Teen Caught with Stolen Credit Card

A Salina teen is arrested after she allegedly attempted to use a stolen credit card at two stores.

According to Police Sergeant Jim Feldman, officers arrested 17-year-old Jenifer Sharp on Monday after she attempted to make purchases with the card at the 24/7 Store and Wal-Mart.

Police say the credit card was stolen sometime between Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm and Monday morning at 6am from a 2013 Chevy Traverse that was parked in the 700 block of Post Oak.

The financial card was in a purse that was left inside the unlocked vehicle.

Sharp is facing charges for possession of stolen property and unlawful use of a financial card.
