Neighbors noticed suspicious activity going outside their homes early this morning in the form of a man in a red sweatshirt and blue jeans looking into vehicles on the street with a flashlight.

Lance Hoover, 46, reported to police early this early today that the trunk of his 1997 Eagle Talon had been broken into and that he was missing a $600 speaker box which had been cut from the wires that linked it to the car stereo system.

Police are looking more into the case.
