A Salina man is accused of stealing a pistol.

Police arrested 22-year-old Mikal Terrell on a failure to appear warrant last Friday and found him in possession of a firearm.

Police later confirmed the Cobra .380 caliber handgun had been stolen from a home in the 2500 block of S. Ohio sometime between February 8th and 9th.

The pistol is valued at $200.

Police say he is also being charged with intimidating a witness after the owner of the gun told officers that Terrell threatened him with violence if he told police he had taken the gun.
